WHO YOU ARE
A bachelor’s or master’s degree—or an equivalent qualification—in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of fifteen years of hands-on experience in Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Development, Business Development, or closely related fields within the private sector is required. Additionally, candidates must possess at least seven years of demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Proven expertise, along with well-established networks and relationships in Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development, Business Development, or a related field within Kenya.
Proficient in analyzing the nation’s employment trends, labor market dynamics, and innovation ecosystem.
Demonstrates a strong history of collaborating with and guiding flourishing entrepreneurship initiatives.
With a proven track record of launching innovative projects, the ideal candidate will bring experience in driving forward new endeavors, particularly within enterprise or business development.
