Develop and spearhead KCB’s Facility agency business, focusing on loan syndications, bond issuances, and other comparable or pertinent capital markets transactions, ensuring adherence to global industry benchmarks.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Three or more years of hands-on development experience are required. Fluency in multiple programming languages and frameworks is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams are necessary. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code is preferred. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this role.
