Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent at Ngao Credit Ltd. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for actively promoting and selling the company’s financial products and services. This includes identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet the customers’ needs. The Direct Sales Agent will also be required to meet sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues
Basic understanding of finance and financial products
Proven sales experience, with the ability to meet targets
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
Knowledge of microfinance industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
