About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned and dedicated Technical Trainer to become part of a premier automotive organization. The ideal candidate will be tasked with elevating the technical proficiency of Afterwales teams by designing and conducting impactful training initiatives aimed at fostering operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key business units to design, create, and maintain up-to-date technical training materials.
Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly training calendars tailored to organizational needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and scheduling requirements.
Perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint areas where capability gaps exist.
Conduct technical training programs tailored for workshop and Afterwales staff members.
Assess the impact of training programs and propose ongoing enhancements to optimize their efficacy.
To maintain the relevance of training materials, they must be continuously updated in accordance with evolving industry trends, technological advancements, and organizational standards.
Oversee the documentation of training records while delivering consistent reports that detail training activities and their resultant outcomes.
