Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the client’s digital platforms, including scaling the company’s Intelligence globally and modernising Blue Box.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring all code is thoroughly reviewed, tested, secure, and production-ready.
Maintain high engineering standards through clean documentation, structured Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
Translate business requirements from management, consultants, and customers into scalable, user-focused digital solutions.
Develop and enhance business intelligence capabilities through dashboards, analytics, and customer-facing reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies.
Manage and deliver global digital transformation projects, driving adoption of applications across international teams and markets.
Support commercial growth by partnering with leadership and sales teams to demonstrate, train, and promote digital products to customers.
Drive process automation, data integrity, and application security by digitising workflows, managing system integrations, and ensuring secure access and data governance practices.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong AI-assisted software development expertise, with the ability to build, review, optimise, and maintain production-grade applications using modern AI coding tools.
Solid software engineering knowledge across web technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, source control, and secure coding practices.
Advanced business intelligence and analytics capabilities, including Power BI, data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.
Strong business analysis, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into practical digital solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with senior leadership, sales teams, customers, and global teams.
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives, including application deployment, systems integration, process automation, and multi-market or international project implementation.
