Assist in developing pitch decks, proposals, and post-campaign reports by incorporating data-driven insights and visually compelling summaries.
Support community management efforts by tracking comments, fostering audience engagement, and escalating significant interactions as needed.
Coordinate event logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the procurement of materials, all while reporting to senior team members for guidance.
Capture on-site photography and short-form video during activations, meticulously organizing the content for post-event reporting and digital distribution channels.
Facilitate and enhance influencer and partner engagement by overseeing the full outreach lifecycle, from initial briefings and goal alignment to meticulous tracking of deliverables and seamless communication management.
Offer comprehensive administrative and creative assistance to the experiential and digital teams as needed.
