Job Summary
Rivet Software & Systems LTD seeks a proactive and dependable Onsite Technician to strengthen our expanding team. The successful applicant will deliver onsite technical support, perform system installations and maintenance, resolve technical issues, and provide customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and project management to ensure organizational objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to optimize workflow efficiency and achieve key performance indicators. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Additionally, develop and mentor team members through targeted coaching and professional development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
Deliver comprehensive onsite technical assistance and resolve system issues through systematic troubleshooting methods.
Install, deploy, configure, and oversee the ongoing functionality of both software and hardware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsible for the proper setup, regular updates, and troubleshooting of system components to maintain operational efficiency and security standards.
Provide clients with guidance on system installation and deliver comprehensive user support services.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a high degree of efficiency and precision.
Perform regular maintenance tasks and conduct comprehensive system inspections to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Provide training to users on system operations whenever required.
Compile and disseminate comprehensive technical reports and progress updates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients at all times.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices is also a key requirement.
A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a closely related field is required.
Proficiency in computer systems, networking fundamentals, and software support is required.
