Job Summary
Rivet Software & Systems LTD seeks a proactive and dependable Onsite Technician to strengthen our expanding team. The successful candidate will deliver onsite technical support, perform system installations and maintenance, resolve technical issues, and assist customers with our software and hardware solutions.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability. Deliver in-person technical assistance and resolve system issues on-site.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Responsibilities include setting up new systems, updating existing infrastructure, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime. Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking principles, and hardware components is required, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently. Provide clients with comprehensive assistance for system configuration and user-related troubleshooting.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision and timeliness.

Provide user training on system operations as required.
Compose comprehensive technical reports and periodic updates to document project progress, findings, and relevant data for stakeholders and team members.

– The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role.

– Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is preferred but not mandatory.
