We are seeking a candidate who possesses the essential qualifications listed below. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Candidates must satisfy a minimum of five of the specified criteria outlined below.

Candidates must possess prior hands-on experience in providing voice-based customer support within a call center or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.

Proficient in both verbal and written English communication, demonstrating high levels of empathy and the capability to accurately interpret and address customer needs with responsiveness.

Skilled in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms is required.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail while maintaining precise record-keeping and consistently following through on tasks.

Individuals should possess current awareness of evolving music trends and familiarity with leading streaming services, including Spotify and Apple Music.

Fast learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audio hardware, including speakers, public address systems, and amplifiers, is required.

Background involving sales expertise or prior sales experience is required.

Partner with various internal departments to address and resolve technical or service-related challenges effectively.
