Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Relationship Manager for Business Banking, the Relationship Officer – Bashar Banking is tasked with overseeing and coordinating all micro businesses within their portfolio to drive alignment with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee a range of critical duties including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency. We handle the onboarding process and ongoing customer management to ensure smooth transitions and sustained satisfaction. This includes guiding new clients through initial setup, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering long-term relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
Responsible for enrolling retailers and customers across diverse Ecosystem value chains and digital platforms, including WE and the JAZZY APP.
Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential customers to expand the client base.
Develop and execute outreach initiatives to foster customer retention while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.

The position involves managing loan processing tasks and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. Responsibilities include verifying documentation accuracy, assessing borrower eligibility, and coordinating with underwriting teams to finalize loan approvals. Expertly assist clients throughout the loan application journey, conducting on-site evaluations at both business and residential locations to authenticate financial details and collateral.
Facilitate prompt loan approval and fund disbursement in adherence to established service level agreements.
Present client requests for approval, ensuring the security and accuracy of all disbursements and transactions.
Promptly address accounts that have surpassed their payment due dates by commencing appropriate recovery protocols.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth; identify target markets, analyze consumer trends, and oversee promotional campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum market penetration. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, market research, and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions. Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
Execute strategic marketing initiatives to attract and onboard new clients.
Demonstrate proficiency in promoting and selling additional banking products to existing customers, as well as upgrading them to higher-value offerings, to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
