Job Description

Execute precise alterations, repairs, and fittings for both staff uniforms and guest garments, adhering strictly to luxury hotel standards.

Ensure all hotel uniforms are consistently maintained in terms of quality, appearance, and fit to meet professional standards.

Perform routine assessments of uniforms to detect any requirements for repair or replacement.

Responsibilities include executing sewing, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment adjustments with precision and efficiency.

Maintain all tailoring equipment and workspaces in pristine, hazard-free, and orderly conditions at all times.

Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR departments to manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with established requirements.

Provide guests with minor garment alterations or quick repairs as needed.

Accurately document all instances of uniform distribution, modifications, and repairs to ensure precise record-keeping.

Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requires a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in [specific software/tools, if applicable].
