Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance analysis to drive organizational success. Ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks established by the RBA, CMA, CBK, and CDSC concerning the delivery of custody services.

Drive KCB’s Facility agency business, overseeing loan syndications, bond issuances, and other comparable or associated capital markets transactions, while ensuring alignment with global industry best practices.

Oversee and conduct daily operational duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all records, documentation, and reports generated throughout the day. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workflow inefficiencies and implement corrective actions as needed. Monitor system performance and promptly report any anomalies or technical issues. Provide timely updates to management regarding progress, challenges, or critical developments. Maintain a well-organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Responsible for managing the timely preparation of reports for custody services clients in accordance with established deadlines.

Ensure KCB maintains suitable representation and engagement in Client Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.

Offer expert recommendations on optimal procedures to the Custody Services Units operating within the Subsidiaries.
