We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled and inventive Design & Creative Specialist to strengthen our expanding team. Ideal candidates are those who excel in dynamic settings and demonstrate outstanding creative and technical design expertise.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing operational oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure organizational success. Duties include driving project execution, fostering collaboration across departments, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality in all deliverables. Accountability extends to monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Additionally, the role demands adept stakeholder management, compliance with industry regulations, and alignment with company policies to uphold organizational integrity.
Produce visually engaging graphic designs tailored for both digital platforms and print materials.
Create compelling social media content and marketing materials designed to captivate audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Develop and sustain cohesive brand identity materials.
Create visually compelling 2D, 3D, and 4D content and animations of exceptional quality.
Develop visually compelling product visualizations, high-quality renders, and dynamic motion graphics to effectively showcase products.
Edit and refine photography and video content to ensure high visual quality and engagement. Improve composition, lighting, color balance, and overall aesthetics to meet professional standards. Apply advanced editing techniques to enhance clarity, sharpness, and visual impact while maintaining the original intent and style of the content. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual language across all media assets. Collaborate with creative teams to align edits with project goals and client expectations.
Collaborate with teams to develop creative campaigns and concepts
Provide technical assistance and guidance for projects involving website design, digital content creation, and multimedia development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in graphic design and creative content creation.
Experts in Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects—or comparable industry-standard applications are required.
Proven expertise in utilizing 2D, 3D, and 4D design, modeling, rendering, and animation software platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques in these domains to execute complex visual projects effectively.
Proficiency with industry-standard 3D modeling and animation software—including Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or comparable platforms—is essential for this role.
Proficient in branding strategies, visual communication principles, and digital marketing methodologies is essential.
Proven creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong project management capabilities are essential for this role.
A robust portfolio highlighting a wide range of design projects and innovative creative work is essential.
