Conduct a comprehensive assessment of training needs at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels by evaluating performance reviews, conducting skills gap analyses, gathering employee feedback, and reviewing business performance metrics. This process ensures that training initiatives are strategically aligned with both company objectives and employees’ professional development aspirations.
Develop, review, and maintain training materials—such as manuals, presentations, and learning programs—while ensuring they reflect the latest industry trends, advancements in technology, company policies, regulatory standards, and shifting business demands.
Employee Learning and Development: Develop and execute strategic programs to bolster technical skills, leadership acumen, product expertise, and job performance, fostering both career advancement and organizational succession planning.
Maintain meticulously organized and current records of employee training initiatives, encompassing certifications, attendance logs, evaluation results, and developmental advancements, to facilitate regulatory compliance, strategic reporting, and workforce optimization efforts.

Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience. The ideal applicant must hold a degree in a related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in [specific industry/role]. Requires a minimum of three to five years of demonstrated leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Kenya’s pharmaceutical landscape and regulatory framework will be advantageous.
Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the intricacies of pharmaceutical sales, ensuring a deep understanding of clinical processes and market dynamics.
Strategic thinking entails the capacity to develop and implement training programs that support and advance organizational objectives.
