About the Role

A dynamic and outcome-focused Sales Executive is required by our client to drive growth in their corporate client base. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business prospects, fostering enduring customer connections, and consistently meeting sales targets in the stationery and office supplies industry.

This inaugural sales position represents a strategic step toward scaling the business, with potential to lead and expand the sales team in alignment with the company’s growth trajectory.

Key duties encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and allocating resources effectively to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the position requires conducting performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training initiatives to enhance team productivity. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential qualifications for success in this role.

Proactively seek and establish relationships with new corporate clients, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and wholesale buyers.

Our primary responsibility involves driving sales for office stationery, school supplies, office consumables, toners, cartridges, and related product lines, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions to meet their operational and educational needs.

Perform on-site client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct product demonstrations as required.

Develop and sustain enduring professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Develop price quotes and pursue potential sales leads with diligence.

Guarantee prompt receipt of payments from onboarded clients to maintain consistent cash flow and financial stability.

Strive to generate monthly revenue of KES 1,000,000 by driving sales performance.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all sales activities and customer engagements.

Evaluate market conditions and detect emerging business prospects.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational abilities, the capacity to multitask efficiently, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all project components are executed flawlessly. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with the capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to liaise with stakeholders and maintain alignment across teams. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role is mandatory, and familiarity with compliance standards is highly desirable.
