A three-month temporary contract, which is non-renewable, constitutes the terms of service.

The monthly remuneration for this position is Ash. 47,714.00.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. The incumbent will be entrusted with executing a diverse array of critical functions and obligations integral to the role’s success. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. Ensuring the accurate and consistent application of established guidelines and policies regarding the representation of the Union in legal proceedings is a critical responsibility.

Managing legal disputes entails overseeing litigation, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.

Performing comprehensive legal research and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and deliver strategic recommendations on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Overseeing legal risks and establishing robust legal compliance programs are key responsibilities.

Drafting an extensive variety of legal agreements, contracts, and documentation while verifying their precision, adherence to statutory regulations, and alignment with applicable laws, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.

The organization will develop and execute training and awareness initiatives for the Commission to facilitate adherence to legal requirements.
