A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of applicable professional experience are required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and project management methodologies is also a prerequisite.
A recognized institution must award a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry, or alternatively, a Bachelor of Optometry and Vision Science.
Holds an active, valid professional license issued by the pertinent regulatory authority in Kenya.
A minimum of three years of hands-on clinical practice in a high-volume healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
