Job Summary

This position serves as a vital link between IT and business operations, analyzing processes to identify needs and provide data-backed insights and reports to executives and stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting business analysis, designing system enhancements, and defining specifications in response to product modifications or significant business initiatives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing primary objectives and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
