Prepare and submit your CV along with a concise written response (500 words or fewer) addressing the following scenario: “A client in the Middle East has requested a mixed-use commercial tower to be structurally completed within 18 months from the start of mobilization. The MEP subcontractor has projected a 4-week delay in rough-in activities for levels 12 to 18, attributed to delayed shop drawing approvals. Additionally, the façade contractor’s schedule progresses sequentially, floor-by-floor, starting from Level 10. Identify three critical-path risks stemming from this delay and provide one mitigation strategy for each, ensuring all assumptions are explicitly stated.”
