What you will do

Identifies and assesses risks associated with identified conflicts, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies when necessary. Conflict Check Average Handling Time – Personal Responsibilities encompass the efficient and timely resolution of individual conflict checks, ensuring adherence to established timelines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness. Conduct thorough conflict checks within the prescribed timeframe of two to five business days to ensure all potential conflicts are identified and resolved efficiently.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending information to facilitate the prompt finalization of cases.

Ensures efficient resolution of conflict checks with a focus on minimizing Average Handling Time. Team members are responsible for conducting thorough and accurate conflict checks while adhering to established guidelines and deadlines. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to procedural workflows are essential to maintain high standards of service.

Offer assistance to team members as needed to facilitate streamlined operations and maintain optimal productivity.

Ensure consistent follow-up regarding any pending information for all cases managed by the team.

Collaborate with the team to consistently achieve the 2-to-5-day deadline for completing conflict checks.

Facilitate clear, consistent, and professional exchanges with both colleagues and leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
