Assist in maintaining adherence to all relevant regulations across business and support functions by conducting ongoing monitoring and periodic evaluations to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulations, and established internal policies, processes, documentation, and controls.
Contribute to the proactive identification, evaluation, assessment, mitigation, and enforcement of compliance risks to uphold organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in detecting suspicious transactions and promptly reporting them to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
Review company processes, operational manuals, and systems to verify they remain current and aligned with applicable regulations, policies, and other stipulations, including mandates, escalations, and controls.
Assist in detecting compliance deficiencies and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the assistant manager of risk and compliance.
Engage proactively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the completion of the Compliance Gap Analysis/Tracker review process.
