Provide ongoing support to ensure the organization and its operational units maintain compliance with all relevant regulations by performing continuous monitoring and periodic evaluations, thereby verifying adherence to current legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, documentation, and control mechanisms.
Support the identification, evaluation, assessment, mitigation, and enforcement of compliance risks to maintain organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in detecting potential suspicious transactions and promptly escalating them to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
Evaluate and help maintain company processes, operational manuals, and systems to verify they remain current and compliant with applicable regulations, policies, and other critical requirements, including mandates, escalations, and control mechanisms.
Aid in detecting compliance deficiencies and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the assistant manager of risk and compliance.
Conduct follow-up communications with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completion of the Compliance Gap Analysis/Tracker.
Assigned tasks may include additional responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time.
