We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating projects, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, they will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in a similar role are essential requirements for this position.

Ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of dental care by meticulously preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and organizing materials in strict accordance with established procedures and protocols.

Prepare patients for dental procedures by warmly greeting and reassuring them, ensuring their comfort, and assisting with seating. Additionally, review their health history forms and carefully drape them to maintain a sterile field and facilitate treatment access.

Instrument assembly involves sterilizing instruments and transporting them to the designated treatment area, ensuring they are readily accessible to the dentist. Additionally, the role includes positioning instruments appropriately for optimal use, as well as suctioning and passing instruments as needed throughout procedures.

Implement the four-handed and four-eyes dentistry model to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

Support the dentist in the preparation of dental materials as required.

Capture intraoral images, perform pulp vitality tests, and prepare study casts by pouring, trimming, and polishing to generate diagnostic information.

Assist in executing specialized dental procedures encompassing periodontal therapy, endodontic treatments, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement along with restoration.

Crafting provisional restorations, selecting appropriate shades, and performing cleaning and polishing of removable appliances are essential responsibilities.

Provide patients with comprehensive guidance on oral hygiene practices, plaque management techniques, and postoperative care instructions, including any prescribed medications from the dentist.

Using dental software, maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records by documenting all dental care services provided.

Adhere to established hospital policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a consistently safe and clean working environment.

Oversee the functionality of dental equipment by adhering to preventive maintenance schedules, executing manufacturer guidelines, diagnosing malfunctions, arranging repair services, tracking equipment inventories, and assessing new equipment and methodologies.

Responsibilities include overseeing the dental supplies inventory through regular stock assessments to evaluate current levels, forecasting future supply requirements, initiating and expediting orders as needed, and confirming the accurate receipt of delivered items.

Utilize equipment and supplies judiciously to maintain dental resources efficiently while achieving optimal job results.

Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver necessary outcomes as required.

Oversee laboratory upkeep, manage dental clinical operations, and maintain accurate patient records.

Ensure timely tracking and coordination of external dental laboratory work to maintain workflow efficiency and high-quality patient care standards.

We seek a candidate who fulfills the following prerequisites: a minimum of three years of related experience, proficiency in specific software tools, and strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Holders of a Diploma in Community Oral Health or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.
