About the Role

This inaugural sales position represents the first step in a strategic expansion initiative, providing the chance to assume leadership in building a robust sales team as the organization continues to evolve.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain accountability for meeting performance targets, delivering timely results, and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities include identifying and securing new corporate clients, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and wholesale buyers.

Our responsibilities include marketing and distributing a diverse range of office stationery, educational supplies, essential office consumables, printer toners, cartridges, and related products to meet client needs.

Develop and submit detailed quotations while proactively pursuing potential sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely conversions.

Facilitate prompt and consistent collection of payments from onboarded clients.

Your role involves generating KES 1,000,000 in monthly revenue by consistently meeting predefined sales targets. This includes driving revenue growth through effective client engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all sales activities and customer engagements.

Conduct ongoing market analysis to detect emerging trends and pinpoint potential avenues for business expansion.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a proven track record in sales roles within the stationery, office supplies, or printing industries.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and cultivating professional relationships is required.

A proactive professional who excels at autonomous work in field-based environments.

Possesses strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage time effectively.

Proven capability to consistently achieve and surpass established sales objectives.

A strong working knowledge of fundamental computer applications is required.
