Proficiency in industry-specific software and strong analytical skills are essential, along with demonstrated experience in process optimization and stakeholder management. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The successful candidate will be tasked with fulfilling the following responsibilities:
Establish and cultivate meaningful partnerships with emerging startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, and professionals working remotely.
Develop business leads by leveraging networking opportunities, client referrals, online platforms, and targeted outreach initiatives.
Proactively market coworking memberships, private offices, dedicated workstations, virtual office solutions, meeting rooms, and event venues to prospective clients and existing members.
Lead engaging, informative tours for potential clients, highlighting the facilities currently available for lease or purchase.
Cultivate and sustain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth and revenue generation.
Develop and finalize membership agreements and lease documentation through careful preparation and strategic negotiation.
Transform inquiries into paying members and foster lasting client relationships.
Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue goals in alignment with set benchmarks.
Uncover chances to promote supplementary services to customers.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences to maximize satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Address member concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
Market properties, organize and lead property tours, and facilitate prospective residents through the complete leasing journey—from initial contact to move-in—ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
This position involves drafting and overseeing lease agreements, guaranteeing precise lease administration, and keeping all documentation current within designated systems.
The consultant will address resident inquiries, swiftly resolve issues, and develop strategies aimed at improving resident retention and satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with property management and maintenance teams, tracking market trends, and driving occupancy and revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives designed to enhance occupancy rates.
Attend various networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to foster professional connections and promote organizational growth.
Forge strategic alliances with business associations, chambers of commerce, and startup ecosystems to drive collaborative initiatives and mutual growth opportunities.
Collect data regarding competitors’ products and pricing strategies.
Oversee the management of CRM records and compile sales activity reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor occupancy rates, evaluate sales performance, and analyze lead conversion metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management for review.
All membership agreements and related documentation must be accurately filed and maintained in compliance with established procedures.
Qualifications
Experienced in lease-related matters, including lease terms and lease administration, with proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and managing lease documentation with precision.
With a proven track record in resident retention, expertise includes cultivating strong relationships, mediating conflicts effectively, and designing and executing initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and lease renewals.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities are required to effectively interact with prospects, address inquiries with professionalism, and address the varied needs of residents.
A strong background in sales or leasing, particularly within real estate, property management, or a closely related discipline, is strongly preferred.
Skilled in working on-site, adept at balancing multiple priorities, and committed to achieving leasing and occupancy targets within dynamic operational settings.
Proficiency in standard office software and property management or CRM systems, coupled with adeptness in digital tools for reporting and documentation, is required.
A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline is advantageous.
Demonstrates exceptional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly professional, customer-centric demeanor.
