KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

As the primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the integration of Commercial Strategy and Levers into our end-to-end processes, plans, and strategies to maximize joint System Value within the Franchise. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the driving force behind transformative strategic commercial initiatives, providing visionary commercial thought leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure seamless commercial integration into all marketing strategies and plans.

The scope encompasses comprehensive project execution, from initial planning through to final delivery, while directly influencing key business decisions and operational efficiencies. Drive the integrated Commercial agenda across the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.

Develop and implement the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the Franchise in close collaboration with the Franchise and Bottler teams to establish comprehensive support strategies.

Prioritize quarterly franchise commercial objectives to align with overall strategic goals.

Deliver the optimal BBM model for the Franchise by establishing and maintaining the appropriate pack architecture, adjusting strategies in response to evolving market conditions, and utilizing the “On Demand Hub” to create and implement high-impact scenarios and solutions.

As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Franchise General Manager, providing critical commercial insights and driving cohesive execution across the organization.

We seek to secure the appropriate talent to fulfill the priority initiatives outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” which include Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital strategies.

Deliver strategic commercial insights and secure final approval for all marketing campaigns and Picture of Success initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into broader marketing plans and operational frameworks.

Deliver strategic commercial insights to refine and validate Commercial Strategies—including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to ensure alignment with market dynamics and business objectives.

Responsibilities include producing and submitting deliverables in accordance with project timelines and client requirements. Duties involve ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards, adhering to specifications, and completing tasks within designated deadlines. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize deliverables efficiently. Additionally, the position entails regular reviews to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies before submission.

Develop and execute the Commercial Strategy specifically tailored for the ABP market.

Spearhead the commercial strategy for the Franchise/Market to maximize growth and profitability.

Drive commercial priorities on a quarterly basis while ensuring the appropriate resources are strategically allocated to maximize end-to-end market impact.

Collaborate effectively with the Franchise team to consistently meet established business and commercial performance targets.

Leverage the combined expertise of the Affordability, Premium, and RGM X teams to address critical business challenges and capitalize on strategic opportunities, driving accelerated growth and enhancing competitive positioning.

Offer strategic commercial direction and final approval for all marketing campaigns, as well as the Picture of Success framework.

The position will require close collaboration within a networked framework, engaging Senior Leaders and Operational Teams across Customer & Commercial Leadership, as well as our Customers and Bottling Partners.

Proven skill in fostering cross-functional collaboration and system-wide alignment, with a particular focus on leading seamless execution alignment and cooperation to secure full ownership of OU strategies among General Managers.

The position emphasizes effective communication skills as a core competency. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal interactions to convey ideas clearly and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal abilities are required to engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients across various channels. The role involves articulating complex information in accessible formats and actively listening to understand diverse perspectives. Effective communication is essential for driving alignment, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment.

Maintain senior-level engagement with internal stakeholders, key customers, and bottling partners through strategic communication and relationship management.

Interfaces between Customer and Commercial Leadership, as well as Franchise Leadership, are facilitated at multiple organizational levels.

The role involves facilitating communication to align Commercial & Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities with Franchise Leadership, ensuring strategic direction and priorities are clearly communicated to Bottler senior leaders, while also driving performance outcomes across the Franchise & Bottling System.

External candidates should engage with senior executives from major clients, key advisors, and other critical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to advance and successfully execute pivotal business development strategies within the designated market.

With a proven track record in the industry, candidates for this role must bring substantial hands-on experience relevant to the position, demonstrating expertise through prior roles or projects.
