Responsible for supervising the Credit Pay collections process, ensuring prompt and efficient recovery of outstanding debts. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of daily operations to ensure seamless functionality and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and fostering continuous improvement across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and achieving measurable outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, identify areas for enhancement, and drive data-driven decision-making. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies while mitigating risks. Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.

Lead the comprehensive Credit Pay collections process from initiation to resolution, ensuring rigorous monitoring of delinquencies while developing and executing targeted collection strategies to mitigate risk and optimize recovery outcomes.

Assess customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits, working alongside the credit analysis team to ensure informed decision-making.

Cultivate and sustain strong client connections to ensure transparent communication and effectively address and resolve payment discrepancies.

Analyze customer accounts to discern patterns, then recommend strategic process enhancements aimed at reducing outstanding debts.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and other pertinent departments to resolve client issues efficiently and expedite dispute settlements.

Leverage strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to establish payment agreements and amicably settle disputes.

Compile and deliver routine reports to management, summarizing collection activities, aging analysis, and critical performance indicators.

Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and established best practices in credit and collections to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Proficient in credit risk evaluation, debt collection methodologies, and regulatory compliance matters.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with both internal stakeholders and external clients to foster productive relationships and achieve shared objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in operating credit management software systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
