As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will involve cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with designated accounts, guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering growth across all solution domains. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and industry-leading methodologies, you will analyze clients’ needs and deliver customized solutions designed to meet their unique business challenges.

You will cultivate and expand key client partnerships through strategic foresight and meticulous planning, collaborating across our worldwide office network to ensure outstanding client engagements. Your primary responsibilities involve achieving revenue and profitability goals while reducing client turnover and enhancing retention rates.

Leveraging your deep expertise in contemporary technology sales methodologies and industry trends, you will devise and execute strategic account plans. Collaborating closely with pivotal stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue expansion, and ensure seamless client support throughout their entire purchasing journey.

As the primary liaison, you will resolve client concerns while fostering consistent satisfaction. Leveraging your specialized skills, you will translate client requirements into practical solutions, enabling them to accomplish their business objectives through our services.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills.

Achieve the performance targets specified in the quarterly accountability matrix, as outlined by the Sales Execution Framework.

Develop and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders across designated accounts.

Coordinate efforts among internal teams, including support, service, and management, to ensure alignment with account objectives and client expectations.

Drive profitable sales volume and meet strategic objectives across designated accounts to ensure attainment of assigned targets.

Lead the development of collaborative strategic account plans, establishing shared performance objectives, financial benchmarks, and key milestones for both one- and three-year timeframes.

Consistently evaluate, define, and confirm client requirements to guarantee alignment with the solutions provided.

Facilitate the advancement of solutions by collaborating with pertinent internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and optimize outcomes.

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to ensure alignment with organizational benchmarks for satisfaction.

Successfully accomplish all mandatory training and development objectives within the designated timeframes.

Manage and cultivate high-level executive relationships and secure sponsorship within designated accounts.

Deliver precise and punctual reports to meet management’s established metrics and key performance indicators.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in industry-standard software. Prior experience in project management and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments are essential. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities is required. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.

A four-year degree or an accredited college certification from a recognized institution is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management within the IT industry is required.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.

Demonstrated expertise in managing and analyzing CRM systems, including the development and maintenance of reports to track performance metrics and customer interactions.
