Job Purpose

Analyze and optimize the performance of Digital Banking products, including mobile banking, internet banking, APIs, and digital channels, to enhance their overall effectiveness and user experience.

Translate customers’ digital needs into actionable, data-driven insights to drive meaningful product enhancements and strategic improvements.

As the primary point of contact for all technical requirements related to Digital initiatives, this role serves as the key technical resource, ensuring alignment with project specifications and organizational standards.

Serves as the primary liaison throughout projects and system upgrades.

Key Accountabilities

Convert business and customer needs into actionable digital product features and detailed user stories to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and project objectives.

Your responsibilities include establishing and monitoring digital product KPIs such as adoption rates, active user engagement, transaction success rates, and points of user drop-off.

Examine customer journeys across various digital platforms to pinpoint areas of friction.

Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic product roadmaps specifically tailored for digital banking platforms.

Conduct post-release evaluations to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements and recommend strategic improvements based on findings.

Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to determine and prioritize key enhancements collaboratively.

Perform cost-benefit and impact evaluations to assess the viability and outcomes of digital projects.

Providing first-line support to users experiencing Digital Channel issues on a daily basis.

Housekeeping Digital Channels (SMS purchase) involves maintaining the integrity and functionality of all digital communication platforms, specifically focusing on the acquisition of SMS services. This role ensures seamless operation and user experience across these channels, addressing any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise. Responsibilities include overseeing the procurement process for SMS services, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. Verify that digital analytics practices adhere to relevant data privacy and governance regulations.

Assess potential risks associated with digital products and customer experience to ensure proactive mitigation and sustained quality standards.
