Professionally install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment across all facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Perform regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in strict adherence to manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety regulations.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems at the component level, executing corrective repairs to enhance equipment longevity and minimize replacement expenses.

Responsible for the upkeep, restoration, and enhancement of air conditioning systems and their related ventilation controls, guaranteeing optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.

Design and execute preventive maintenance initiatives for HVAC systems to enhance operational reliability and minimize unplanned outages.

Ensure that all HVAC work executed by external contractors or service providers meets established quality, safety, and performance benchmarks through thorough oversight and inspection.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all HVAC-related tasks, encompassing maintenance calendars, service documentation, and technical schematics.

Ensure meticulous calibration and precise configuration of HVAC controls and automation systems to optimize energy efficiency and maintain operational consistency.

Compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory when working with refrigerants, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Offer expert guidance and technical assistance to leadership and maintenance staff regarding HVAC systems, addressing both current issues and future upgrades.

Performs various additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed appropriate and necessary by the direct supervisor, ensuring alignment with both operational needs and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, such as project management or a related discipline, preferably with a proven track record in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and relevant certifications may be advantageous. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate adaptability to evolving industry trends and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Additional requirements include experience with database management, version control tools like Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are also necessary.

A minimum qualification of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or an equivalent credential is mandatory.

Earned a recognized diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or an equivalent technical field from an accredited institution.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within institutional, industrial, or commercial settings, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in these critical areas.

Proficiency in environmental and safety compliance related to refrigerant management and system upkeep is essential.
