Oversee core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure organizational alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous enhancement. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Foster a culture of accountability and innovation by empowering team members and delegating responsibilities effectively.

Retrieve production schedules or shipping orders to facilitate the transportation of materials, products, or equipment to and from specified locations within the facility.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift to efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks, containers, and other transportation vehicles.

Transport palletized and crated goods efficiently across warehouse and storage facilities.

Organize and position merchandise in designated storage areas in compliance with established inventory control protocols and warehouse guidelines.

Ensure all loads are thoroughly inspected and properly secured prior to transportation.

Gather and organize empty pallets in their assigned storage zones.

Perform daily forklift inspections and carry out routine maintenance checks, which encompass monitoring lubricant levels, tire condition, air conditioning functionality, battery or fuel levels, and other critical components.

Notify the supervisor immediately of any equipment defects, damages, or safety concerns.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure workspace.

Provide support for stock transfers, inventory audits, and any additional warehouse duties as needed.

Execute any additional responsibilities as directed by management or leadership.

Experienced in warehouse management, including efficient inventory handling and operational workflows.

Proficient in the safe and efficient operation of forklifts.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Aptitude for operating effectively within high-pressure settings and adhering to provided directives.
