Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with databases and web development frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also necessary. Knowledge of cloud services and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
Certified candidates in Finance or a closely related discipline with a strong foundation in economics are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in insurance sales represents a beneficial qualification for this role.
