The preferred applicant is expected to possess the following qualifications: –
Serve as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, maintaining an active and valid Practicing Certificate throughout your tenure.
Exemplify unwavering integrity and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all endeavors.
Requires a minimum of five years of active post-admission experience within a high-volume legal practice environment.
The selected Advocate must be prepared to operate and be based in Nairobi.
Proficient computer skills are essential for this role.
Exhibit a proactive mindset, demonstrate strong self-motivation, and maintain a proactive approach to tasks.
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal competencies. Demonstrates exceptional clarity in conveying ideas and actively listens to foster collaborative relationships.
Demonstrates strong collaborative skills and effectively contributes to team-based objectives.
Proven ability to maintain high levels of organization and perform effectively under pressure is essential.
Capable of performing tasks independently with little to no oversight, demonstrating strong self-management skills and reliability.
Compensation for this role is subject to negotiation based on qualifications and experience.
