Summary

Proficiency in the administration and upkeep of computer laboratories is required, with a strong emphasis on resolving hardware-related issues.
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving both hardware malfunctions and software-related problems with expertise and efficiency.
Proficiency in Cisco Academy’s training approaches and established standards is required.
Preferred candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in networking or IT training.
