Summary
A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline is required.
Certification in Cisco-related programs, including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or IT Essentials, is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in administering and sustaining computer lab operations, with strong capabilities in resolving hardware-related technical issues, is essential.
We are responsible for diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our systems. This includes troubleshooting bugs, addressing technical malfunctions, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Proficient in Cisco Academy training methodologies and standards.
1–2 years of relevant experience in networking or IT training is highly desirable.
