The successful candidate will oversee the management of service providers, including contracting, accreditation, and auditing processes.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Cultivate positive professional connections with healthcare providers participating in the Heritage Insurance network.

Accredit new service providers to ensure they align with the client’s specifications and requirements. This involves evaluating their capabilities, credentials, and compliance with established standards to guarantee they can deliver the expected level of service. The role ensures that only qualified and reliable providers are selected to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.

Negotiate service fees when finalizing contracts with new service providers, ensuring alignment with Heritage Insurance’s established rates and prevailing market standards.

Coordinate provider audits to guarantee that Heritage Insurance clients receive high-quality services.

Heritage regulations, policy exclusions, and panel rates mandating compliance must be strictly observed and implemented by the role’s incumbent.

Collaborate closely with Underwriting and Actuarial teams to compile and analyze monthly utilization reports, evaluating the performance of service providers, and design strategic initiatives aimed at cost containment.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all service provider contracts while adhering to schedule for timely renewals and KYC updates in accordance with established protocols.

Experienced professionals will conduct training sessions for service providers on the procedures and processes for accessing Heritage Insurance services, ensuring they are fully informed about any updates to health products, existing workflows, and relevant claim policies.

Initiate and conduct negotiations with service providers to secure favorable discounts, while also finalizing financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve issues pertaining to service providers.

Consistently maintain and update the Heritage Insurance provider network, ensuring all changes are communicated promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications
