Responsibilities include managing low-to-medium complexity assignments, minimizing backlogs, accelerating response times, and cultivating a pipeline of emerging, skilled professionals—all while driving innovation and safeguarding institutional knowledge to uphold operational resilience.
Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with application testing platforms, such as Jira, data management frameworks, and UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is also essential, along with expertise in prototyping and user research methodologies.
Possessing expertise in AI/ML, particularly with coursework in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, would be highly beneficial.
A strong foundation in fundamentals, along with expertise in data science, deep learning, or neural networks, is required.
