We seek a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst with strong technical proficiency to enhance our team. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, complemented by at least five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++, is essential, as is expertise in database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, prior experience with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required, while a Master’s degree in the same or a relevant field is highly advantageous.
Proven expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in these domains.
Proven expertise in designing survey samples, implementing sophisticated weighting methodologies, and conducting rigorous quantitative research analysis.
Experienced candidates should demonstrate strong command of statistical and analytical tools, including SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced functionalities within MS Excel.
Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), is required.
Proficient in research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in managing extensive, intricate datasets and converting analytical results into strategic recommendations is required.
