The position of Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site opportunity situated in Nairobi County, Kenya.

This position is tasked with accelerating sales growth across both established and new franchise locations, involving the establishment and oversight of sales targets, performance monitoring, and the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and expand market presence.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing sales team, offering consistent on-site support, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with franchise partners and essential stakeholders.

Daily tasks encompass analyzing sales data, compiling comprehensive reports, liaising with supply chain and operations teams, and facilitating the deployment of new products or promotional initiatives. Additionally, the position requires conducting thorough market research to uncover untapped opportunities in rural and peri-urban regions while ensuring all sales strategies remain consistent with Wing’s core mission and guiding principles.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of hands-on experience in software development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, alongside proficiency in database management and cloud computing platforms.
