Crafting customized event concepts, RFPs, and compelling pitch decks is central to this role. Collaboration with the creative team is essential to develop a compelling vision, which you will then present to key decision-makers.

Responsible for conducting negotiations pertaining to pricing structures, event specifications, and contractual conditions to finalize agreements and secure business commitments.

As the trusted strategic advisor to our valued clients, you will be instrumental in aligning their brand aspirations with their event goals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You aim to cultivate long-term annual partnerships by transforming single-event clients into recurring collaborators, while proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand service offerings.

Serving as the primary escalation contact, you will address client concerns related to budgets, timelines, and creative direction.

Converting the client’s approved vision into practical briefs for the Event Producers, Operations Team, and Creative Designers is a key responsibility.

You maintain close involvement in key strategic planning stages to guarantee that project execution aligns with the commitments made to the client.

As a Client Relations representative, you will host VIP clients at significant events, delivering exceptional hospitality while ensuring their satisfaction and personally witnessing the event’s triumph.

During the bidding process, it is essential to balance competitive client pricing with the company’s internal profit margins to ensure both customer satisfaction and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities include monitoring and managing your personal sales pipeline, tracking revenue targets, and assessing account growth metrics, with regular reporting of these insights to senior leadership.
