About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and achievement-oriented Sales Consultant to enhance our high-velocity performance team. This position requires interacting with prospective B2B clients, analyzing their requirements, and delivering customized solutions to boost revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee a range of critical duties to ensure seamless operations and organizational success, including managing daily activities, coordinating team efforts, and implementing strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain efficient workflows to enhance productivity while fostering collaboration across departments. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives. Additionally, oversee budget adherence, resource allocation, and compliance with policies to uphold operational integrity.
Reach out to a minimum of 80 qualified business-to-business prospects on a weekly basis.
Consistently reach out to leads through calls and emails to gain clarity on project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.
Craft and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Ensure timely and systematic follow-ups on quotations to finalize agreements and promptly resolve any client inquiries or objections.
Facilitate and engage in conference calls to resolve technical inquiries from clients.
Diligently track and document sales activities while consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly key performance indicators to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
Leverage exceptional negotiation abilities to finalize agreements and cultivate enduring partnerships with clients.
Represent the organization at professional industry conferences and exhibitions to scout for and cultivate emerging business prospects.
Perform market research to maintain current insights into industry developments and competitor actions.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with project management software and data analysis tools is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the high-value sector of fiber optic solutions, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience to the role.
