The Partnerships Associate will assist in overseeing Chance Kenya’s portfolio of partner educational institutions (PEI’s), ensuring the integrity and long-term viability of our ISA investments. Facilitate the creation, documentation, and oversight of partnership agreements and contractual arrangements.
Assist in the ongoing assessment of current partnerships to verify their alignment with Chance’s vision and strategic goals.
Craft tailored engagement strategies for each PEI, specifying monthly and quarterly interactions, performance evaluations, and targeted improvement initiatives.
Monitor partnership agreements to verify compliance with SLAs, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines and system usage requirements.

Craft comprehensive, structured, and insightful reports detailing the partnership pipeline, progress relative to established targets, and critical performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
Offer continuous assistance to PEI staff regarding system operation, issue escalation, and software updates.
Oversee the yearly audit process for designated PEI’s, guaranteeing adherence to partnership agreements, reporting standards, and payment schedules.
The role involves overseeing disbursement processes and providing comprehensive portfolio support. Responsibilities include managing fund allocations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
