This position will fall under the Business Analysis and Business Architecture division, where the incumbent will collaborate with Business Analysts and Transformation teams to evaluate business requirements, assess process workflows, and assist in the execution of organizational change initiatives. The intern will facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams by collecting requirements, formalizing process documentation, and aiding in the development of solution designs.

The principal accountabilities encompass the oversight of critical financial and operational functions within the organization, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and reporting. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance, as well as the management of internal controls to mitigate risks. Additionally, the position demands strong leadership to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability across departments. Proficiency in financial analysis, compliance monitoring, and process optimization is essential, along with exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a similar leadership role, coupled with a track record of delivering measurable results, is required to excel in this position.

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, developing process maps and user stories, performing data analysis, and producing high-quality project documentation.

Review deliverables diligently to verify they meet established standards, ensuring consistency, completeness, and strict adherence to agreed-upon criteria as part of quality assurance initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to ensure analysis outputs are seamlessly integrated into project delivery, thereby supporting successful implementation and value realization.
