Prepare comprehensive reports on handled accounts on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as as-needed, detailing all relevant activities and transactions.
Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and identifying areas for improvement. Analyze data trends to evaluate performance against established benchmarks, pinpointing deviations and recommending corrective actions where necessary. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, offering insights into efficiency gaps, and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and meet organizational goals.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Business Administration, or Compliance, along with a minimum of three years of experience in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or a closely related area. Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks are essential. Proficiency in legal research tools, compliance software, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, public relations, or a related field is required.
Possessing a professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIA) is required.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.
Demonstrated success in executing and managing marketing campaigns is essential.
Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media and content marketing strategies.
