Develop comprehensive Sales Activation Master Plans (SAME), incorporating point-of-sale (POS) materials and visibility strategies, aligned with the 5P Picture of Success framework for the respective category and markets.

Develop and oversee the deployment of Points of Business (POB) and Points of Sale (POS) systems tailored to specific categories within the markets across the Region of Africa (ROA).

Facilitate and contribute to the annual planning process by providing essential support and input.

Evaluate and advance the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) strategy for the designated therapeutic areas across all geographic regions and sales channels.

Develop, finalize, and distribute ROA dashboards and reports covering all relevant categories.
