You will:
Drives the creation and execution of the trade marketing strategy within the category annual plans, overseeing the contract process with precision and strategic oversight.
Analyzes market trends and consumer behavior across various channels to contribute effectively to trade marketing strategic initiatives.
Oversees the business planning meeting, establishing sales quotas aligned with annual objectives through the integration of key building blocks.
This role is responsible for identifying and driving strategic investment in key category components, aligning them with both category objectives and channel requirements, and ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale.
To monitor the competitor’s commercial initiatives within the category, identifying potential business opportunities and emerging threats to the brand.

Develop and execute a comprehensive promotional strategy for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to communicate promotional activities, drive engagement, and maximize market impact.
Assist in developing compelling NPD and marketing narratives to facilitate the execution of launch plans and promotional initiatives.
Examine and assess category performance across various channels and customer segments, then effectively convey the findings to stakeholders.
Evaluates whether the category Gross to Next (Trade Spend) target aligns with contractual obligations and oversees the consolidation of the category forecast across various channels and customers.
Oversee category forecasting tailored to specific channels and customers while consolidating sales input—specifically the bottom-up forecast—into the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to synchronize in-store category and brand advertising initiatives, ensuring flawless and uniform execution outcomes.
We proactively initiate and oversee the rollout, implementation, and performance tracking of new product launches, activations, and promotions, while also conducting comprehensive post-evaluation analyses to share key insights with the commercial team.
Oversee operational challenges within the category portfolio—such as SKU code modifications and transitions—to guarantee uninterrupted daily operations across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Develop and implement point of purchase (POP) 5Ps strategies to support the achievement of AC targets and align with the overall category strategy.
Develop comprehensive Sales Activation Master Plans (SAME) that integrate point-of-sale (POS) materials and visibility strategies, aligned with the 5P Picture of Success framework for the respective category and markets.
Develop and oversee the deployment of Points of Banking (POB) and Points of Sale (POS) systems within the respective categories across all Regional Operating Areas (ROA) markets.
Assist with and contribute to the yearly planning process.
Oversee and advance the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) function for designated categories spanning all markets and channels.
Prepare and release designated ROA dashboards and reports spanning all categories to ensure comprehensive coverage and accessibility.
Maintain year-round visibility of key Sales Incentive Programs to ensure ongoing engagement and awareness among the sales team.
