Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is expertise in database management systems and cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary. Prior experience in system architecture design and implementation is highly preferred, as are certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
Certification, diploma, or equivalent training in bakery and pastry production is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced bakery or food production setting is required. Proficiency in baking methods, ingredient selection, and adherence to food safety regulations is essential.
Proven track record operating and maintaining bakery machinery with efficiency and precision.
Required availability includes early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
