Our client is urgently seeking a highly motivated motor vehicle parts sales executive to join their dynamic team.

The Vehicle Parts Sales Executive is responsible for boosting revenue through the marketing, procurement, and sale of automotive components to private vehicle owners, mechanics, and repair shops. In this role, they deliver specialized technical guidance, oversee inventory management, and cultivate enduring client connections to meet established sales objectives.

Key duties involve overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality. Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and deliver timely resolutions. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques is required. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Assist customers who visit in person or respond to corporate inquiries by investigating part availability, compatibility, and pricing using electronic catalogs.

Inventory & Stock Management entails overseeing the tracking, organization, and optimization of stock levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize shortages or excesses. This role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers to manage orders and replenish stock as needed. Additionally, the position requires analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce carrying costs.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, process incoming warehouse shipments, track high-velocity products, and support routine reordering procedures.

Oversee all aspects of order processing, from receipt and verification to fulfillment and delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Manage order documentation, coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and confirm timely dispatch while maintaining meticulous records. Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and tracking orders until completion.

Prepare precise price quotations, manage invoice processing, oversee cash or credit transactions, and proactively follow up on order confirmations to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Gather, analyze, and interpret data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights. Evaluate market opportunities and risks guiding strategic decision-making. Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the business environment. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with organizational goals and foster informed business strategies.

Monitor competitor pricing strategies and analyze part demand trends to maintain competitive and profitable pricing structures.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following core qualifications. A minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and strong analytical skills are highly valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also necessary to collaborate across departments. A proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines is expected.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be given preference. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable discipline is required for this position.

Accumulated experience is essential for this position, with a minimum requirement of three years in a related field. Previous roles should demonstrate a strong background in project management, team leadership, or strategic planning. Candidates must possess a proven track record of delivering measurable results in dynamic environments. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or methodologies is strongly preferred. Additionally, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is highly valued.

With a minimum of one to two years of demonstrated technical or counter sales experience in the automotive spare parts sector, candidates should bring a strong track record of success in a similar role.
