Act as the main technical liaison between our company and merchants, collaborating closely with their technical teams to facilitate integration.
Comprehend user needs and articulate viable solutions to address their operational and technical obstacles.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to guide customers in grasping the technical feasibility of solutions.
Engage with users professionally through email, telephone, and virtual meetings via Zoom or comparable platforms to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Enhance the efficiency and clarity of both internal and external documentation as well as the processes related to a diverse portfolio of products.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, thereby improving the efficiency of self-service options, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall quality of service provided to merchants.

Demonstrates the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
Proficiency in technical systems and the capacity to articulate that expertise in ways that assist merchants are essential.
Proven track record in managing and configuring diverse switch systems, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, Banker/Paying, alongside hands-on technical expertise in banking operations with a focus on payments and card issuance.
Driven by an inquisitive mindset and a proactive attitude, this role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the organization to provide outstanding assistance to our merchant partners.
Self-starters with a proactive mindset excel at identifying opportunities for enhancement and managing their workload independently.
The capacity to cultivate robust connections with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Proficient in both written and verbal English communication is required for this role. Excellent command of business English, including clear and concise written expression as well as articulate spoken delivery, is essential.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, is essential for this role.
Authorized to work legally in your country of residence is required.
While prior experience in payments is advantageous, it is not required for this role.
