Interface directly with merchants and their technical teams, acting as their principal technical liaison throughout the integration process.
Gather and analyze user requirements to evaluate their business and technical challenges, then propose tailored solutions to address these needs effectively.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on feasible technical solutions.
Engage with users through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and consistency of all internal and external documentation, as well as associated processes, for a comprehensive range of products.
Collaborate closely with our Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, aiming to optimize self-service capabilities, improve recommendation precision, and elevate the overall service quality provided to merchants.
What we’d like you to have:
Demonstrates flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational demands.
Proficiency in technical systems along with the capacity to communicate and apply that understanding effectively in assisting merchants is essential.
Experience includes hands-on work with multiple switch platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, Banker, and Paying, complemented by specialized knowledge in payments and card issuance systems within a banking environment.
With a strong sense of curiosity and initiative, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide outstanding support to our merchants. Your proactive approach will drive solutions and enhance service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Capable of managing workloads independently and proactively seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The capacity to cultivate and sustain robust connections with both internal teams and external partners is essential.
Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and professional written communications as well as delivering articulate verbal presentations in English.
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, is essential.
Authorization to work legally within your country of residence is required.
While prior experience in payments is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
